Colosseo Contest #4: Win a Dribbble Invite

published 9 April 2010

Colosseo Dribbble Invite Giveaway

It’s been a fun week for me. Two iPad giveaways (Wi-Fi and Wi-Fi + 3G), a rebound playoff, and today’s invite giveaway—all with the intent of helping provide some exposure for my Colosseo poster. Thanks to everyone who has participated so far.

First, on Dribbble: To be clear, I take no credit for what Dribbble has become. Credit is to be given to Dan Cederholm and Rich Thornett. While the concept may have been inspired by Screen Grab Confab, they took the concept much farther than I ever did and the effort was all theirs. Kudos to each.

So, on to today’s contest: Itching to participate in the Dribbble rebound contest but haven’t been invited yet? Here’s your chance to win an invite* and be drafted on the CM team. (Go team!)

  1. Head over to the “RIP Screen Grab Confab” group on Flickr where we’ll give SGC a proper burial once and for all.

  2. If you don’t already have one, you’ll need to sign up for a Flickr/Yahoo account to post.

  3. Post a snippet of the best stuff you’re working on, but only a snippet. Use the legacy SGC dimensions of 320x320 or the new Dribbble dimensions of 400x300. Multiple submissions are allowed, but please be reasonable.

  4. Please include your portfolio URL in the description so I can view more of your work, if needed.

I’ll choose 4 winners subjectively based on pure awesomeness following the deadline on Monday, April 12, at 11:59pm EST.

Game on.

* Yes, I realize the proper term is actually invitation, but honestly, who really uses that?
